Some living beings seem to be sculpted or call for it. For ISA, it is a question of creating characters, of immortalizing them. Whether they come out of novels or shows, try to extract their inner character, to give them strength, to adorn them with crowns, bands to stage them.

Sculpture is a physical act. ISA discovered sculpture on earth in high school. After a photography school, she returned to Paris where she took courses in various workshops, including a 3-year apprenticeship in direct cutting at the Beaux-Arts de la Glacière in Paris.

The artist has an obsession with the expression of a human head. She never ceases to seek to recreate it again and again and to try to "rediscover the beauty, drama, challenge and mystery of the human face - R. Gary"
