Young artist from Nantes, 21 years old, YBA is a pure autodidact. Attracted since his childhood by the artistic process, he quickly turns to urban arts.
He experiments with different techniques and goes as far as creating his own working tools. Using acrylic, aerosol and superimposed collages, YBA likes to work by mixing flat surfaces and materials to give an urban dimension to his works. Seeking to decipher our emotions, our looks, our freedom, our time and our society, the portrait is naturally at the heart of his approach.
Through his works, YBA does not only represent a subject, but what unites us all: life and its whirlwind that carries us away.
