At the age of 6, Morgan Bisoux began taking art classes at a Fine Arts Academy. Encouraged by her drawing teacher, she developed her talents while being nourished by the cultural life through numerous trips, mainly to the USA and Italy. There she enriched her practice through contact with Renaissance art and American pop culture.
At the same time, she pursued higher education in Brussels at La Cambre and at Saint-Luc ESA, which allowed her to refine her intentions. Morgan Bisoux invites us into her hyperrealistic works where the eye circulates between a subject and its colors amplified and disturbing in their hypnotic perfection. His paintings are part of an ideal and project a new mythology. Having grown up in the heart of the 90's with the digital revolution and the immersion in American pop culture, she witnesses wars, genocides, natural and human disasters with a lot of hope and vitality on the other hand. It is through these paradoxes of ancient and modern, hope and disillusionment, that Morgan Bisoux draws inspiration for her painting. This theme manifests itself in vibrant portraits inscribed in an aesthetic of the unreal, as well as in sublimated settings of objects and shiny textures.
