Julie Milou was born in 1974. As a child of the show, it took her four years to understand that she preferred to "see" rather than "be seen". After studying audiovisual production, she worked as an editor, a profession that allowed her to refine her narrative techniques. She will put them at the service of her audiovisual creations, photography, poetry creating a dazzling universe where vegetal crowns and colour blindness bees follow one another to the background of classical music... From one year to the next, drawing became his preferred medium. Self-taught in this matter, she nevertheless asserts a free and personal style, made of "floral hypnoses" exploring another measure of time and space. All these works trace the contours of a paradoxical world, where fractal visions reveal an astonishing poetic continuity. (A. Kauffmann)

Julie Milou’s world is a happy jungle. A mystical story. There are planets of infinite points and fragmented continents, trees, women, mouths... From the infinitely large to the infinitely small, or the opposite, then begins hypnosis, where one believes that one can penetrate into the drawings until one sees what is hidden in them. In their secrets, everything is fractal, unfathomable... yet everything pushes inside, between the lines. Like a mathematical formula, the artist invites you into labyrinths, where each time you find a new beginning. Julie Bourgois.
