Ukrainian by birth Anastasia Schull made the equivalent of Fine Arts, then spent eight years in the studio of Mrs Andrejevska, a well-known painter, but not part of the "official" association of artists of Ukraine. She became familiar with many techniques - drawing and painting -.
"In drawing, I am mainly interested in portraits, but in painting, I devote myself almost exclusively to landscapes and sometimes still lifes. In France for three years, having left all my paintings in Ukraine, I now seek my inspiration in the Vosges forest where I live."
