Admirer of Francis Bacon, I naturally worked on disfiguration. Then, in order to come back to a more personal line, I painted more raw, spontaneous, privileging the movement and its mood. Today, I make the synthesis of the past influences, I define my painting "abstract figurative". The patterns and colors are abundant. I create them mainly with acrylic and aim at harmony where the hidden world of my emotions materializes... I like to remind myself of the world by referring, often without knowing how to answer it, to the question that an art history enthusiast asked me recently, "When we look closely at your work, we perceive the desire for inner manifestation, whether it is human or animal anatomy or anything else, how do you manage to touch something so spiritual and transfer it into our material world?"
