"I like to paint the sea in all its aspects, to show its many faces. When the light changes, so does the colour. Walking on the beach, by the water, is the best way for me to "feel" what will count that day, what will make me want to paint. It is not only an observation work, in fact all the mind is involved. It is also the search for an atmosphere. In this immensity where everything is unified, in a way, nothing is really the same. On the same theme we can decline an almost infinite number of variations. Each time the challenge is to try to find those particular moments where there is an osmosis between light, colour and movement. And then to report it through my pastels....
