Number 19 in the series #STREET DRAWFor him, it is a permanent show that is constantly being renewed and in which passers-by are the actors. Through his drawings, he wants to take the character out of his initial context, to forget urban and architectural planning, to concentrate solely on the human presence and make it his main subject, to let it cross his sheet of paper in spontaneous situations and, just like the street, to make it a place of passage.Techniques: pencil and black stone, solvent

Christophe Dacos is a Belgian artist active both on the local and international market, presenting a variety of quality contemporary works.

Born on 7 February 1991 in Etterbeek, he currently resides in Marche-en-Famenne, in the province of Luxembourg. Fond of art since the age of 12, he studied plastic art for 6 years, mainly at the Institut Saint-Roch in Marche-en-Famenne where he discovered a real passion for painting.

In 2009, he entered the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of the city of Liège to begin a 5-year master's degree in painting. During his studies, he participated in several collectives within the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.

In 2012 he is working in collaboration with the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (upmc) in Paris to link art and science around the issue of HIV and will exhibit for the first time outside Belgium in May 2013, in Paris, at the atrium of the UPMC and at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in 2014.

In September 2013, he returned as a teacher at the Institut Saint-Roch in Marche-en-Famenne with the desire to awaken interest in art among the students of this establishment and thus dispense his passion.
