The Paper tree is a drawing made with black ink on paper (slightly tinted creamy white 130g). Consisting of a multitude of lines, this work is in line with my drawings and "Negatives" inspired by trees. She plays on their curves and on the geometric lines of the folded sheets of paper. This drawing borders on surrealism with these trees that seem to grow paper at the end of their branches. If Man is marked by his absence in the majority of my drawings, the trees I draw sometimes take human form through their postures, their movements. Nature, imagined, dreamed, poetic, disturbing, invasive, beautiful and simple by its imperfect symmetry or perfect balance, is at the center of my drawings and my plastic and digital experiments (series of Negatives, digital photographs and mixed techniques).
