Arbor Tempesta is an original drawing made with black ink on paper between 2019 and 2020. Inspired by the plant world and the bacterial microcosm, this composition takes up an abstract form, made up of lines, already explored in the works Omnia and Utopia (one of my first works on wood that integrates colour and ornamental plant drawings). Arbor Tempesta is also in line with my trees, which tend towards a realism imbued with dream and fantasy. Trees whose trunk and foliage are made of lines, curves and dots. This drawing evokes, as most of my graphic compositions, this break in natural symmetry. It is the reflection of a prolific, poetic and strange nature, where symbiosis processes and the concept of survival are at the heart of my work.
