Clémentine Vauchelet is a visual artist and textile designer who lives and works in Seine-et-Marne. She holds a Master's degree in Image and Living Arts from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University and a BTS in Fashion Design.

Her graphic compositions are poetic spaces where the artist's imagination wishes to express itself in a free movement, in close connection with nature. Although her drawings made of points, lines and curves are meticulous, their realizations banish the sketch made beforehand and the observed model. Bodies of a fantastic fauna and flora, the subjects of his creations are like an embryo that unfolds. They invade various surfaces such as paper, wood, or even shells. Inspired since childhood by Hayao Miyazaki's animated films, by the terrestrial and marine fauna and flora discovered during her travels in Guadeloupe, remembered with her child's eyes, but also by micro-organisms and the bacterial world, Clementine makes nature her main, primordial and committed subject.

Her creations, in various mediums and techniques, reveal a universe imbued with poetry where through the metamorphoses of nature the artist puts at the heart of her work the concept of survival.
