After a series of inked landscapes inspired by ponds, skies and their light in small, narrow and vertical formats, I declined this energy, these themes in memory for a more abstract, moving work. The combination of Chinese brushes and liquid colours makes it possible to write the reminiscences of these landscapes, then to forget them to simply play with water and colours. They mix or overlap, repel each other, absorb each other in a dance gesture. Instinct thus makes it possible to keep the essential part of the colourful and luminous emotion.
