Tarek is a French multidisciplinary artist. He very early discovered the graffiti movement in which he actively participated, but the camera quickly took the place of aerosol cans, turning him into a privileged witness of French graffiti. He is the author of a book on French graffiti at the age of 19, which is still the reference in the genre today. If over the years he has developed his art on other media including comics where he is very successful, aerosol cans are never very far away. These last ones still allow him to give life on the walls of cities to all his fantastic and colorful universe.
He has written nearly seventy books, some of which have become essential works: the comic series Sir Arthur Benton and La guerre des Gaules... Some of his books will win him about twenty awards in France and Belgium.
He has been listed on Artprice since 2014 and his paintings have been included in the collections of several art lovers around the world: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Rennes, Brussels, Montreal, New York, Geneva, Zurich, Hamburg, Venice, Lodz, Prague, Athens, Zagreb, Budapest, Kribi, São Paulo, Dakar...
