Originally from Les Sables d'Olonne, born in March 1958, Marie Line Greffard aka mlg lives and works in Paris. Artistic Director in major communication agencies including (RSCG with Jacques Seguela), she leads her artistic activity in parallel, and creates the series of art t-shirts "marie linel & Chypo" presented at MAM Paris, MOMA Chicago, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps à Paris, and Bloomingdale's in New York with contemporary art shirts, late 80's.
She designs and creates maps for the publishers "Nouvelles Images" and "Editions du Désastre" sold in Europe and present in major national museums. At the same time, she has been exhibiting figurative works since the 1990s. From 2010, she gives an important turn to her creation by producing the abstract series of "Timelive", "Pionies-Time", "Few-time", and "Loveday"... and some maritime abstractions.
The "Continuum Time Space" is the basis for the construction of his various works. The past, the present, the future draw the thread of life; they merge and guide us to infinity through the central rectangle of the different series of paintings, engravings, threads on paper, installations, and "videoscotchs". The moments of life respond to each other; space and time question us and take us away like a desire for freedom.
