Born in 1969 in the Paris region, Isabelle Pelletane is a French painter living and working in Poitiers, France. After studying psychology, she moved abroad and was largely influenced by the colours and landscapes she encountered along the way. Upon her return to France, she initiated an artistic research on the human, then the vegetable, a painting in action, and Isabelle led a reflection on the human in its natural environment. Varying her subject according to the canvases, she offers us an optimistic, colourful and lively vision. She is fully involved in the creative process and works with materials on the floor, with spontaneous, dynamic and instinctive gestures, beyond borders, Isabelle Pelletane has increased her exhibitions in France and abroad, notably in Italy, Spain, Poland, Russia, Germany and China. His works are also among many private collections in France and abroad.
