This work is part of a series whose starting point is a photograph of a footbridge, taken in the department of 93, linking two very different parts. On one side a bucolic corner with a suburban district and on the other a commercial area adjoining a national highway.

Graduated from a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in 1997, Aude Mouillot’s career has diversified towards social support for vulnerable people. The return to the practice of the arts and more particularly to painting has recently taken place. His work begins with urban photographic walks: objects and spaces in decay, abandoned, in destruction become subjects. Things not classified in the category of "beautiful".

His painting work revolves around matter and colour. It always starts with several coloured backgrounds to give substance and a certain vibration to the upper layers. The paint can then become fluid, opaque or transparent to the sandstone of accidents on the canvas.
