Inki

Inki is an artist from Lyon region in France. Self -taught and sensitive to the world around her, she seeks to transpose her thinking on paper. Bold and delicate, Inki is a young woman in his own right and it is felt distinctly in each of her creations.
The portrait is for her, a way of feeling what is happening in the eyes of the other. The pencil was his first weapon to draw faces loaded with powerful emotional energy. In any case, she does not seek perfection but this "little something" that we transmit with the eyes.
From 2017, she chooses to give a new turn to what she thought unfinished. Following several years of illness, she swaps her pencil by the brush and the felt. Melancholy and strong at the same time, she tries to new techniques to try to engrave her pain on paper.
One day, scribbled on a white sheet, the lines have multiplied. She did not think she felt such things by visualizing her realization but everything had become obvious. The evidence of linking the figurative abstract, black in color. To make chaos brighter, more optimistic. No more everything or nothing, but a harmony of both.
Inki wishes above all to transmit the idea that "beauty is not an inherent quality with things themselves" but "that it only exists in the mind of the one who contemplates it". A quote from Hume that animates his fingers on his own artistic horizons.
