This series is the meeting between a corner of nature and a human construction.

The contrast was striking between the gigantism of concrete shaped by humans and the soothing green of nature.

Graduated from a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in 1997, Aude Mouillot’s career has diversified towards social support for vulnerable people. The return to the practice of the arts and more particularly to painting has recently taken place. His work begins with urban photographic walks: objects and spaces in decay, abandoned, in destruction become subjects. Things not classified in the category of "beautiful".

His painting work revolves around matter and colour. It always starts with several coloured backgrounds to give substance and a certain vibration to the upper layers. The paint can then become fluid, opaque or transparent to the sandstone of accidents on the canvas.
