Each work is packaged by the artist themselves according to precise specifications that help guarantee optimal protection during transport. KAZoART will select the best-suited carrier depending on the type of work. All shipments are tracked and insured. There are no packaging fees. As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you via e-mail. Should you receive a damaged product, KAZoART will cover the shipping costs for its return and will oversee the compensation procedures for both the customer and artist. If a work cannot be repaired or restored, the customer is immediately refunded.
Returns: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Our 30-day trial period gives you the chance to find the best placement for your art. If you change your mind, simply send it back and we will reimburse you.
