After training as aquarelist at the Applied Arts Workshops in Vésinet for four years, Bernadette Goerger studied the naked in ink in China and the Lavis at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, Ateliers de la Glacière. These two groups on insitu painting were a springboard to discover the world, see it differently and want to translate it with a different and more color medium: oil paint. A ten -year work with H. Legrand allowed an approach to things or people in which the color reflected what the eye did not necessarily see, but was guided by the hand in an almost instinctive way. Personal exhibitions regularly take place throughout France: Paris, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Arcachon, Hossegor, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, as well as abroad: Geneva. Bernadette Goerger also participates in numerous group exhibitions.
