Self-taught artist, photographer and painter Miguel Moran made his first exhibition at the "Brussels 2000 European Capital of Culture", the press was interested in him, articles were devoted to him in the biggest Belgian media, he then gained the trust of the galleries and in the process he won several competitions such as that of the Belgian Senate twice or a selection for an exhibition at the SMAK (Museum of Contemporary Art in Ghent) Today, through digital platforms, he sells his works internationally. Artistic approach Miguel Moran is an Urban Voyeur. As an observer of his time, he is looking for the present time. What better place to observe your fellow human beings in their diversity than the metro, where this condensed record of humanity is found and mixed. For the past fifteen years or so, with his camera, he has been wandering around European stations collecting moments of life that he then transcribes in his very realistic paintings. His paintings are then titled of the place, date and time of the original shooting and become "Pages of History".
