Series "What are the robots dreaming about on the pier". A set of contemporary and documented portraits on Artificial Intelligence in its forms of augmented reality, as here, in virtual reality, and Augmented Man in the context of reconstructive surgery. The title of the series is a nod to K. Dick and his book "Does the electric sharp dream" for the Augmented Man part and to Chris Marker's "The Pier" for the virtual reality: when "space no longer exists and only time travel is possible". The paintings are made of fine oil glazes...inspired by the Italian quattrocento egg painting methods on wood where the inner light is very particular!
