"Ephemerides" is a series on the outline of memory and ephemeral memory. Successive shots, from my window from which I see strangers pass by, are sedimented in layers of varying transparency in order to represent the transformation into almost memories of these lives of which I am unaware and which I nevertheless imagine, whose simple presence creates a relationship and imperceptibly modifies my memory and my presence in the world. A sensory experience as much as a cerebral one, this crossing of time and light possesses the sweetness and freedom of imagined lives and, while freezing it, leaves the moment its evanescence.
The Ephemeris, it is at the same time, in phonetic echo, the transience of these moments, in recall of the definition of the word the recourse to the superposition, (the ephemeris being composed of several sheets), as well as the evocation of the passage of time and the maritime universe (they are used by astronomers, astrologers and sailors).
