Caroline Gasch is a French photographer based in Tours, a polychrome artist with a very particular perceptive work. When she is not exhibiting in her gallery, she travels to major urban sites here or elsewhere to transpose her emotions. His keen sense of observation and heightened sensitivity allow him to put his own inspirations into images through the great complexity of our urban environment. She perceives its logic, deciphers it and grasps its architectural splendour through a harmonious and surprisingly colourful portfolio.

She captures modern architectural settings, and succeeds, by painting and dressing them with colours, in creating unique works where luminosity and its nuances are at the service of emotion and aesthetics. It thus offers another perception of this type of purely mineral landscape through a skilful composition of perspectives, geometry and colours. A whole scene game that gives balance and strength to his clichés. Then emerge from his photos evocative of undeniable sensations of proximity in the framing, of freedom in the architectural lines and of serenity in the colour chart. These pictures are remarkable for their luminosity and so singular for the panel of shades chosen and worked on, which give his works an unavoidable source of emotion.

Through the lens, Caroline transposes the energy of each place she chooses into an authentic visual and pictorial force.

Professional photographer and artist-author, Carolina Gasch's artistic approach focuses on the urban world that surrounds us. In the center of it is colour.

The environment that she captures for its graphic compositions is at the heart of her creative work. She seeks the combination, organisation, coherence, symmetry and relationships between the parts of a whole that create harmony.

Her photographs subtly question our perception of the world between hyper-realism and surrealism. As she travels through French and foreign cities, she shapes the light and colour of the urban landscapes that seem familiar to us.

Gasch is also passionate about architectural style. The artist develops her own photographic language by trying to build images that tell a story. This requires compromising and questioning. When shooting cityscapes, it can be challenging to show the urban environment in a different light, to extract its beauty, to revisit it in another form. But she succeeds, in an original and creative manner.
