View of Mount Kala Patthar and Mount Pumori in 2012 in Nepal. Kala Patthar (5,545 m), literally "black rock" in Nepalese and Hindi, is a point on the southern edge of the Pumori River in Nepal. It is not a summit as such, but its ascent is very popular because it offers an easily accessible and particularly good view of the southern slope of Everest. Pumori (7,161m) is a Himalayan mountain located on the Nepal-Tibetan border only 9 kilometres from Everest. Her name, which in Tibetan means "Unmarried Sister", was given by George Mallory. Mountaineers sometimes call her "Sister of Everest". Its summit is often climbed because of its relative ease and unobstructed view of Everest and Lhotse. This photograph is a digital photograph whose processing is inspired by ancient photographic processes. The technique of shooting makes it possible to reveal the silhouette of a landscape. Digital shooting as part of the Pahada series. Printing on "Fine Art" type paper. Signed by the author and numbered.

Stanislas Ledoux was born in Nantes in 1985 and very quickly had his eye in the right place. In 2006, he was selected for a group exhibition at the Musée d’Aquitaine and continued his studies in communication and advertising strategy in Bordeaux before obtaining his diploma in 2008. The following year, Studio Blain in Rochefort offered him his first solo exhibition, but it was in 2011 that he decided to make photography his profession, while continuing to develop his photographic writing. In 2014, he completed a professional training at the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie d’Arles.

He is now based in Bordeaux where he offers his photography services in the fields of Architecture, Professional Portrait and Reproduction of Works of Art. At the same time, influenced by photographers Hiroshi Sugimoto, Vee Speers, Ansel Adams, Erwin Olaf, Maurice Tabard, he continued his personal work.

"I am sensitive to light of course but also to weak times, to dreamlike touches. I try to reveal the part of the sacred that resides in the places or people in my photographs. I usually work in the form of photographic series. The latter group together a corpus of images that have undergone the same influences, related to the same intentions. "
