"Forest Vibrations" is a series begun in 2019 that focuses on the poetic potential of the forest, its synesthetic correspondences.
It is articulated around photographs taken in the forest of Normandy, in Italy or in the south of France, of which several layers are colored, painted, redrawn and printed on sheets of rhodoïd with variable transparency, and superimposed in a slightly shifted way in order to create this vibratory effect sought.
From this unveiling-covering of the space, from this play of colors and light, is born a fictitious three-dimensionality which evokes this sensation, when we penetrate there, that the forest vibrates and breathes. "The scents, colors and sounds respond to each other.
