Cécile Mirande-Broucas' drawings are characterized by a search for simplicity and refined geometries. With their dynamic compositions, enhanced by brightly coloured flat tints, they are always in motion.
A self-taught illustrator, Cécile Mirande-Broucas obtained her state diploma as an architect in 2015 at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-La Villette. She then decided to devote herself to illustration and became an independent illustrator in 2018.
She designs her colour illustrations on digital media. For their printing, it collaborates with an art printer with whom they work on each colour to guarantee a result that is faithful to the original design.
Cécile Mirande-Broucas also makes her own handmade silkscreen prints, acrylic colour paintings, Chinese inks and hand drawings.
