Born in 1968, Alex Tréma now lives in Saint Maur des Fossés. After having experimented with various fields of creation and media, Alex Tréma turned to stencil and collage in the street. He likes the fact that a word, a painting read or seen on a wall can change someone's day, put a smile on their face, challenge them, make them think.
In this spirit, Alex Tréma has been developing since May 2013, an innovative solo project called TAKE ME. TaKe Me is an international project that consists in dispersing 24 original creations in a city, offered to curious people who find them.
Those who have found a work are then invited to actively participate in the project by returning a photo of their discovery and adding their creative touch. This project is based on generosity, sharing, but also chance.
Since 2013, more than 800 pieces have been offered in the streets of about 30 cities, including New York, London, Barcelona, Tangier, Rotterdam, Venice and Paris, for about 170 returns. In 2015, Alex Tréma also held a TaKe Me session at the heart of the Emmaus salon in Paris. In May 2014 and 2018, TaKe Me was carried out in a collective session under the name TaKe Us, bringing together a number of artists such as Speedy Graphito, Jef Aerosol, CharlElie Couture, Jacques Villeglé, Kouka, Jo Di Bona, etc...
This artist is exceptionally presenting his works on KAZoART as part of the Street Art Solidarity Sale to benefit Emmaus International.
