DAMAX

A bronze specialist sculptor, Damax is a French artist recognizable for his couple sculptures bordering on abstraction. Their characteristic forms are the trademark of this artist to follow closely! Damax or the art of being in love in 1981 in the Lille region, Maxime Franchomme dit "Damax" is a founder sculptor, formed in self -taught. The sculptures De Damax want to be simple and refined. The sculptor wishes to "transcribe the essential". This means to transcribe the very essence of life, union, fraternity, passion and love. Totemic bronze sculptures at the border of language, like totems, Damax sculptures are reassuring for the eyes , heart and life. The bronze flowed at 1200 °, is cleaned, chiseled, polished, then hot patinated using acids, nitrates, pigments. Finally, the material is waxed in order to reveal all its radiance.
