The inspiration comes from this poem, written by a person with a disability, a former sportsman, who states the ancient joy of running, giving way to an even deeper, more intimate joy of letting go of the unknown. Against all odds, fight!
"I would like so much, O memories,
Just one morning to be able to run!
Over plains and bumps
Breathless in kid leaps and bounds.
And in my veins the ferocious flow
Blood that drains my strength.
Being one morning when I wake up,
Straight up, standing up, big time...
Just standing, but like before.
Lively impulses, lively speeds.
Jumping well, giant steps...
Split the kiss, take the wind.
Open wings wide, wide!
I decided to weigh anchor,
To finally sail into the unknown.
Running, running out of breath...
With a quick foot and a full soul! »
