Need a vacation? Want to dive in the warm waters of a lagoon? No need to take a plane! Just buy Gaël Rouxeville's latest sculpture "Murena" and hang it on the wall... Your journey will be renewed every day! Fascinating, this moray eel gives life to wood. And when you move away a little, when the detail gives way to the whole, it becomes placed on the dark wood a kind of apostrophe. An invitation to get closer, to see better... Like this little sign that in a sentence leads to the next word, its open and rising movement becomes a gesture of presentation... Sculpture made of lacquered wood (poplar multi-ply), fixed on a gouged panel of wenge wood (a marbled ebony).

Height 96 cm width 63 cm; unique piece to be displayed indoors; no maintenance.
