We do our utmost to ensure that the artwork you order on KAZoART is sent to you in a secure and timely manner. All orders with KAZoART are insured and handled by our reliable partner carriers. We choose our carriers based on the size and fragility of the order.
KAZoART offers worldwide shipping.
Orders placed within France are usually delivered in 3 to 4 days. Orders placed within Western Europe typically take up to 7 days and orders shipped to destinations outside Europe and to overseas departments usually arrive in 14 days or less.
KAZoART covers the cost of shipping within metropolitan France. For orders shipped outside of France, standard rates will apply depending on the country, measurements and weight of the order. You will be able to obtain the exact amount of these charges by entering your shipping address before placing your order.
Each work is packaged by the artist themselves according to precise specifications in order to guarantee optimal protection during transport. KAZoART selects the carrier best suited for each type of work. All packages are assigned a tracking number and monitored until signed for.
On the day your package is dispatched, you will be notified via email. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up in the nearest post office or collection point. All packages must be signed for.
Should you order several works by the same artist, they will all be delivered to you at the same time. If your order is comprised of multiple works by different artists, each work will be delivered separately, with different tracking numbers.
If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, KAZoART takes full responsibility for the return costs and oversees the compensation procedures for both the client and the artist. If the artwork cannot be repaired or restored, the customer is immediately refunded.
