All orders for artworks placed during this period can be processed and shipped within the announced deadlines.

Track Your Order in Real Time

For each order placed on KAZoART, you are given a tracking link from the moment your package is collected. This allows you to follow the shipping progress on a day to day or even hour to hour basis.
If you are not at your principle residence, or simply wish to have your artwork delivered at a later date, we can postpone your order’s delivery to the date of your choosing.

Receiving Your Parcel

If you receive a package, please respect the following rules in order to protect yourself and the transportation professionals we work with:

  • Wait a few seconds before opening the door to allow the person delivering the package to move away from the entryway.
  • No handwritten signature will be required (in order to respect the minimum distance of a meter and a half).
  • If you are ill, please inform the transporter without opening the door to avoid any risk of contamination.
  • Wash your hands before and after receiving the package.
