Returns and Refunds

We are always making sure our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase on KAZoART. To help you “immerse yourself in all that KAZoART has to offer”, we’ve made our return policy as customer-friendly as possible.

30-day money back guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the artwork you received or if you simply changed your mind, you have up to 30 days (from the date of receipt) to return it for a full refund. It’s our policy. KAZoART covers the shipping costs of your return so that you can purchase with ease (France only).

To exercise your right to return, you can:

- Go to your Order History in your KAZoART account and fill out the online form

- Send us the completed withdrawal form attached at the end of the Terms and Conditions expressing your desire to return the artwork. Be sure to specify the artist’s name and the title of the work.

This information can be sent to: clients@kazoart.com From here, KAZoART will forward the form to the artist without delay. You will need to return the artwork to the artist in secure packaging according to our packaging safety measures. When it’s ready, please contact us and we will organise its collection and transport back to the artist’s studio.

Once the artist has received the artwork, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

If your order is doesn’t conform to the description or is damaged

Both in terms of packaging and transport precautions, we do everything in our power to ensure that your artwork is delivered in an excellent condition. Despite all of the measures both KAZoART and the artist take, there are exceptions. It may happen that your artwork arrives in a damaged or altered state.

If you notice that the work delivered does not conform with its description, has a defect, or is damaged, you need to inform KAZoART straight away by sending an email to clients@kazoart.com. In your email, please indicate the nature of the defect, non-conformity or damage and attach any useful proof, such as photos.

KAZoART will inform the respective artist and provide you with their contact details so that you can return the work to them.

We will then organise a pick-up through one of our partner carriers. They can collect the work from wherever is most convenient for you. We will cover all shipping and handling fees.

You will simply be responsible for preparing the work for shipment. When doing so, we ask that you take a few safety measures to ensure its security during transport. Lastly, please insert the invoice corresponding with the purchase in question.

Once the work has been received and checked by the artist, we will keep you up to date as to whether it can be replaced or restored. If this is not possible, you will be immediately refunded the sum paid for the work in its entirety.
